Create an aesthetic, killer beach body physique while building maximum performance and hitting PR’s with squat, bench and deadlift. This 16 week program allows you to build strength while increasing muscle mass to get leaner and stronger.
Powerbuild Beginner introduces training in a slow and progressive way for beginners who are not yet comfortable with their skills and strength in the gym. This push/pull approach focuses primarily on compound movements to build a strong foundation as a beginner lifter. It is suggested that you have at least 6 months of lifting experience.
Blocks: 3 blocks total
Length: 16 weeks including one introduction week and 3 deload weeks
Split: 3 training days per week including one optional cardio/core day

Equipment needed:
A fully equipped gym, including barbells, squat rack, variety of dumbbells, etc is required to complete this program. Wrist wraps, knee sleeves and a weightlifting belt is not required, but highly recommended to boost performance and prevent injuries.
